1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The return request is made within 2–3 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

⚠️ Important Notice:
Due to the nature of our luxury hair products (including wigs, bundles, closures, and frontals), items that have been cut, installed, styled, colored, customized, or worn cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or damaged.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Hair care products (shampoos, conditioners, styling products, etc.)

  • Opened accessories or wig-making tools

  • Custom-made or personalized wigs


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via Instagram DM or call 0240068687 (Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).

  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

  4. Ship the item to the address provided.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds if:

  • The item shows signs of use.

  • The return request was made outside the 3-day return window.

  • The product is not returned in its original condition.


5. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, you are eligible for an exchange.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
